BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1904 and 1910 Wheeler Avenue, being on the southeast line of Wheeler Avenue northeast of Gilbert Street. Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, and the north 40 feet of lot 2, block 28, Second Arlington Heights Addition to Chattanooga, as shown by plat of record in plat book 5, page 23, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 3812, page 612, ROHC.
